Coconut Curried Lentil Soup Mix (GF/V)
A gluten-free, vegan soup mix with dried lentils, flavoured with curry powder.
Ingredients: Dried Red Lentils (31%), Dried Brown Lentils (31%), Dried Green Lentils (22%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Curry Powder (6%) (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel),Dried Carrot, Dried Onion, Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric.

4 Serving Method:
Empty the packet into a pan, add 1500ml of cold water and a 400ml can of coconut milk.
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer/stir until lentils have softened (around 45 minutes).
Top up water to original level if required. Season to taste.
